Its my first ever blog entry- yeah. It has been a harsh winter this year, and today is one of the first beautiful, warmer days, but sadly I am stuck inside nursing the remnants of a two week long virus. One of those days we call around our house a "pajama day." A pajama day usually happens when someone is sick or the weather is just to crummy to venture out. Truth be told I wish it were a crummy weather day instead. As much as I love pajama days, I am looking forward to decreasing there frequency. I am looking forward to spring and heading out in the warm sun. No more boots, no more snow pants, no more lost mittens or gloves. Here is a funny picture to visualize- I had a patient tell me she was "so hungry for spring to not be surprised if I pulled up to her house and she was sitting on her front lawn wearing a bib, and holding a fork" I told her "as long as I cold cop-a-squat next to her"- her response to that was "you bring the ranch dressing". I guess you probably had to be there but I get this funny visual of her and I sitting on her front lawn pouring ranch dressing on the grass an gobbling up spring. Keep your fingers crossed its coming.
